Miroslav Mišák (1976), poet, novelist, photographer, filmmaker, but especially conservationist and wildlife rescue activist from Dubnica nad Váhom. His home is Strážovské vrchy and Lúčanská Malá Fatra, but he spends part of the year planting trees in Hessen. In 2020, he made his debut with a collection of documentary prose and features from the environment of the forests of Dubnica and Malá Fatra, entitled The life of the pack and other unusual stories.
