Everything's Gonna Be Alright Till The Autumn
Milica Schraggeová
A book about death, about the importance of family and power of relationships, about the fight against cancer and normal life under abnormal circumstances.
Diaries of Filip, a gifted student of architecture who lost short-term memory as a result of cancer, became the basis for the story so unpredictable, painful, yet full of hope, as can only real life be. The book offers the most intimate survival of the mother, who, despite being a psychologist, is experiencing a struggle for his son's health as well as any other mother. Hopelessness is alternated with the need to go on even in a situation that seems intractable. Limits of what man can bear, are being passed, the story characters - parents, grandparents, friends and doctors learn to cope with the changing reality.
It is a book about death, about the importance of family and power of relationships that are relentlessly tested in such an extreme situation. It is about the ability to change the surroundings and try to keep life "as before", about the health system, friendships and longings.
